Fast separation mechanism for the discharge of metal parts in fibre transport lines
Separation diverters of the HighSpeedTEXREJECT type are used for the discharge of metal parts or sparks in pneumatic fibre transport lines. These systems can be installed in pipelines from 250 to 630 mm in diameter.

Separation diverters of the TEXREJECT type can withstand more than 300,000 separation processes without noticeable wear. The solid drive components, in combination with modern lightweight technology used for the flap, result in an extremely durable and reliable system.
Fast reaction and maintenance
With opening times of less than 50 ms, the necessary distance between the metal detector and the separator can be reduced to an absolute minimum. All components are easily accessible for maintenance work.
Flexible and tailored to the customer
Coordinated variants are available depending on the area of application. Collection containers for pressure or suction conveying, as well as for attached or separate assembly, complete the standard scope of delivery.
Product film
Solutions tailored to the customer facilitate integration, save costs and reduce introduction barriers, especially with existing product lines. These range from simple flanges for metal separators to specially designed conveyor systems with a width of several metres.
