easySCOPE MT DS:
Maximum product safety through Photon Counting and Dual Energy
Maximum product safety through Photon Counting and Dual Energy
In modern food production, final product inspection at the end of the line represents the decisive safety promise to customers. However, particularly with demanding products such as chicken meat, fish, or dense wholegrain bread, even conventional X-ray inspection systems often reach their limits. To reliably identify even the most challenging contaminants, Mesutronic combines advanced technologies in the new easySCOPE MT DS from the dynamic SPECTRUM series, creating a technological synergy that sets new standards.
Precision through technological advancement
At the heart of the system is the combination of Dual Energy technology and a state-of-the-art Photon Counting detector. While the Dual Energy function uses two different energy levels to precisely differentiate materials, the Photon Counting receiver delivers an unprecedented level of image clarity. The result is detection performance capable of reliably identifying even the smallest bone fragments, fish bones, or low-density foreign bodies—such as plastics in complex baked goods.
Compact, hygienic, and digital
The easySCOPE MT DS was designed for demanding industrial environments. Thanks to its compact design, it can be easily retrofitted into existing production lines, even where space is extremely limited.
The system is also fully aligned with Industry 4.0. Standardized interfaces such as OPC UA and the software mesuLINK turn the scanner into an integral part of digital quality assurance. This allows producers to easily meet the strict requirements of standards such as IFS Food, BRCGS Food Safety, or customer-specific specifications.
