Focus on sales partners: Accom Automatic Instrument and Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
In our ongoing series “Fokus on sales partners,” we would like to introduce our long-standing partner Accom Automatic Instrument & Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Our partnership with Accom began in 2005, and for over 20 years, we have worked together successfully and implemented numerous projects in China.
Who is Accom?
Accom was founded in Taiwan in 1993 and established its headquarters in Shanghai, China, in May 2003. The company has several offices in Beijing, Jinan, Dongguan, Xiamen, and Chengdu, and currently employs around 60 people. Accom provides inspection systems for the food, chemical, textile, and medical industries, as well as integration services and high-quality delivery systems. To date, Accom has supplied many inspection devices and has earned an excellent reputation through continuous improvements. More than 8,000 companies are among Accom’s customers.
Our Collaboration
Since 2005, Accom has delivered thousands of metal detectors to the market. Like Mesutronic, they offer customized solutions to efficiently and cost-effectively meet customer needs. These include metal separators for checking tablets and capsules, free-fall metal separators for inspecting food additives and powders, or end-of-line inspection systems for checking packaged food or plastic granules. From the beginning of our cooperation, there has been a mutual focus on enabling Accom to operate completely independent. This has involved many training phases in project planning and service—then and now. Only in this way can our customers in China receive the same level of service quality as our customers in Germany.
Why Accom?
Even at the start of our collaboration, Accom’s management had experience in metal detection technology. Together, the companies have continued to explore new fields with innovation, commitment, and business acumen. This is only possible through continuous communication and a deeply felt connection, despite all spatial and cultural differences. From the very beginning, Accom has been the perfect partner for the complex Chinese market.
Looking Ahead
Despite current global disruptions, the long-standing partnership between Accom and Mesutronic will continue to grow in the third decade of our cooperation.
