Il peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour une large gamme de produits, principalement issus des domaines de l&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne et de l&rsquo;industrie alimentaire.<\/p>\n<p>Si le syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;inspection en amont, tel qu&rsquo;un d\u00e9tecteur de m\u00e9taux ou un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;inspection \u00e0 rayons X, d\u00e9tecte un \u00e9clat m\u00e9tallique, un \u00e9clat de verre ou un d\u00e9faut de qualit\u00e9 du produit, un signal temporis\u00e9 est envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de s\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>Le poussoir permet d&rsquo;activer ici la vanne de commande d&rsquo;un v\u00e9rin pneumatique. Celui-ci se d\u00e9place vers la position finale en quelques millisecondes, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement exactement en diagonale par rapport au sens de transport de la bande. Un d\u00e9flecteur est mont\u00e9 dans la zone avant de ce cylindre. Cela pousse le produit dans le r\u00e9cipient collecteur. Avant que le produit suivant n&rsquo;entre dans la zone du poussoir, il revient \u00e0 sa position de d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n<p>Avec cette variante de rejet, une centaine d&rsquo;objets peuvent \u00eatre examin\u00e9s par minute.
